* It’s 12 noon and you’re in Rome, but are you in the central part of Rome? If you are, chances are that you will hear the bang of the cannon shot being fired at this time every day on top of the Janiculum Hill. This is a tradition that goes back to January 1, 1847, when Pope Pius IX introduced it to ensure that all timepieces would be set on the same time.
* Haven’t you always taught children never to peep through a keyhole? You’ll be surprised if instead we suggest you peep through a keyhole… and then maybe you will do the same with your children. We believe you will agree with us if you simply follow our instructions: just wait for the sunset, go up Aventine Hill in Rome, look for Giardino degli Aranci, or Orange Garden, and when it closes enjoy the glorious view of St. Peter’s Dome through the keyhole of the gate.

There’s little doubt that Kenny Chesney has made his mark as a country music superstar. After his debut album, “In My Wildest Dreams”, was released by the independent Capricorn Records in 1994, Kenny has gone on to release thirteen more smash albums.
Eleven of Kenny’s first thirteen albums have been certified gold or higher. Although his debut on Capricorn was not the blockbuster that his later albums became, the singles from the album, “The Tin Man” and “Whatever It Takes” did touch the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts, extreme success for an independent release. Unfortunately, Capricorn Records did not continue to publish country music after that year.
Kenny Chesney has released more than thirty top ten country hits since his first release, including a whopping seventeen that peaked at number one. He has won four consecutive Entertainer of the Year American Country Music awards and six awards from the Country Music Association.
Seventeen of Kenny’s songs have hit number one, and his 2007 summer tour was the highest grossing country music tour of the year. One hit record is amazing; two is incredible. Seventeen is downright unbelievable.
Taking a holiday should be relaxing and laid-back, although it is also nice to enjoy some bustle and night life. With a visit to a Cala Vinas hotel, you are able to enjoy the best of both worlds; a peaceful holiday and the nightlife and excitement of nearby Magaluf.
This resort is small and it is set in an idyllic sheltered cove with beautiful white sandy beaches. It is close to the airport and is absolutely perfect for any holiday maker who wants to enjoy peaceful relaxing days and party at night time. It is also only a twenty minute drive to Palma Nova where even wider facilities are available, although Cala Vinas does have a fair share of restaurants, pubs and shopping.
Virtually everyone who has made Cala Vinas their home away from home whilst visiting the island of Majorca, has found it to be great. It is particularly suitable for families with smaller children as the seas are very calm in the cove which makes it easier for children and weak swimmers to bathe in the sea. These waters are also extremely clear, making them perfect for scuba divers and snorkelers to explore.
The perfect part of the year to vacation in Hungary is in the fall or autumn. Autumn fills the streets and countryside with cool breezes from the Mediterranean and also offers less crowding in the streets and hotels. The winter can be extremely cold and frequent snow showers are common. Summer months are usually very humid and warm and the streets are much more crowded as are the hotels.
Hungary is situated in central eastern Europe and consists of flat land that offers only a few rolling hills and occasional small mountain.
The majority of Hungary is covered in either woodlands or wetlands and will boast an array of wildlife for the adventurous explorers. The national parks offer a way to get a peek at the countries wildlife in a safe environment. The tectonic fault line is where Hungary lays so the many hot springs will bring enjoyment to those wanting to rest their mind and their bodies. Several spas offer hot springs along with their other first class treatments.
Guardalavaca beach offers a perfect combination of fine sand and sea, marked by the neighborhood of the mountains and the green one of the vegetation; characterize its environment.
The beach of Guardalavaca, featured among the most emblematic of the East of Cuba, was even ignored in some maps of the region for few centuries.
Dozens of excellent natural beaches are at the disposal of the lovers of the baths of sea, in a list where figure places as Guardalavaca, Estero Ciego, Esmeralda and Don Lino, just to mention some.
A more realistic story links the origins of Guardalavaca’s name to the warning that emitted the natives before the arrival of the looters that came from the sea, where the shout of “Guard the Cow” (Guardalavaca) notified to all of the danger that represented.
Home of the main aboriginal settlements of Cuba, its beaches are of a blue turquoise that hypnotizes us with the smooth movement of their water. Guardalavaca defines nature, culture, history, relaxation, beach and recreation in a single name.
Scuba Divers are made of many people that are tired of the usual tedious workday, followed by the nerve-racking task of driving to work; add all the noise pollution it instigates. That’s before everything else scuba divers encounter in these fast paced times outside of scuba diving.
Imagine having a profession that will relax you and rejuvenate you. In addition, you will have a workplace that is located in the heart of nature! All you have to do is master the art of scuba diving yourself and teach others the finer points of this art. You need not worry about deadlines, unhealthily competitive colleagues and rude bosses.
Instead of causing stress, it is a rejuvenating activity. You get paid by doing something you like. You get to impart your knowledge on the sport with other people who share your interest. In scuba diving, there’s no unappreciative boss and annoying colleagues.
Starting a scuba diving is a bit like other careers, though. You should have that extreme interest in diving, and then develop your abilities to working on that. Though it seems so easy since scuba diving sounds all about fun, there’s more to learn to become a scuba diving instructor. You would have to master not only the craft of teaching but also develop an expertise in diving.
A second passport allows you to make use of the freedom and facilities offered by two different nations. You may obtain a second citizenship of a nation that has better economical and social facilities to live stress-free life.
Next, getting a second citizenship can help you in different ways. For instance, people living in nations that ask them to pay heavy taxes can benefit greatly from this concept.
Some countries follow extremely strict tax rules, if you reside in such a country, then a second passport will be your getaway ticket in this regard, as you can shift to some other country having a more liberal tax policies. It will also give you the liberty to operate your business activities from both the countries. The concept of dual citizenship is very important from business point of view and may prove very essential in having a secured business on a global platform.
Immigration process is simpler with a dual passport. For instance, an individual can move between two countries as when in needed without worrying about the law or custom issues. In short, second citizenship promotes easy traveling between countries.

Gorgeous colored glaze items
As a famous integration of traditional Chinese culture, colored glaze is increasingly popular. With a long history of more than 2,000 years, colored glaze, aka Liuli, is a unique art form that looks almost like glass. Can you imagine that making each figurine takes 20 days?! They are shiny and almost transparent.
Near the HeNan Hotel in Beijing, there is a shop on the first floor of Bai Gong Handicraft Museum named Bai Yi De Kun, where they offer high quality colored glaze artwork. I also found a large variety of pendants and colorful bracelets on display.
The shop assistant told me that Liuli is very durable and as hard as jade. The hottest item in the shop is a pendant named “Yuan Meng,” which means “realizing one’s dream.” I liked its beautiful, translucent blue circular ring that matched a 14K white gold necklace. It was so mysterious and gorgeous, and that’s why it was so popular.
The shop also offers some crafts fit for presents or souvenirs, such as a Peking Opera folding screen, each one of them a very good collection for your house.
